Amy is a Registered Social Worker with ACSW and OCSWSSW and holds a Master of Social Work degree from York University. She uses an integrative approach drawing from several therapy modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
